Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Refund Policy
The APSI will refund a course or exam cost in full if the participant is injured or ill and a medical certificate is supplied. The course or exam can also be transferred to the following year with a medical certificate should that arrangement be suitable for both parties.
If you cancel due to non medical circumstances there will be an administrative fee of 10% of the course/ exam cost three weeks before the start date. Two weeks before there will be a 50% cancellation fee. One week prior there will be no refunds granted.
Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st March 2011. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
Customer Service Policy
The APSI is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
